What a prima donna! This dog is not only wearing a HOOD but also has his own personal umbrella. WHAT?

His owner is sacrificing…no hood or umbrella for her.

The quality is not that great as I snapped it in the rain and on my camera phone but I think it’s pretty clear that this dog is a spoiled brat.
