He’s always there when you need a helping hand, or possibly a new inner tube. Evans has been roaming NU’s bike-filled campus wearing mostly green ever since he created the mobile bike-repair service in 1996. How about that bearded fanatic that sells brooms and Oxyclean. This guy goes nuts over f*#*ing soap. He’s loud and fast and probably scares kids and other sensitive people.
